Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sarva (the "Service"), operated by [Your Legal Name / Business Name]. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sarva provides online tools to view, edit, convert, and summarise files and content. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others upload your file to our servers to perform the requested operation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Free and premium plans
The Service is offered on a free plan and one or more paid (premium) plans. Both are subject to fair-use rate limits; premium plans receive higher limits. We may adjust limits and plan features over time. Any pricing, billing, and refund terms for premium plans will be presented to you at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in with a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the files and content you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content to provide the operation you request (including sending AI-feature inputs to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your own backups.
You must not upload or process content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or that you do not have the right to submit.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing service by bulk or automated access.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose.
6. AI features
AI-generated summaries and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. They are provided for convenience only and are not professional advice. Verify important results yourself before relying on them.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any operation will preserve your files perfectly. Always keep a backup of important files before editing them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms? Email [support@yourdomain.com] or open an issue on our GitHub repository.
